The new premises situated in Hextable boast
a large laboratory for Asbestos, noise, dust,
vibration, occupational hygiene and Legionella
testing services and is a result of winning
several new long-term contracts in 2009.
Riverside is fully UKAS Accredited for
inspection and testing. They provide an
independent professional service with a simple
and clear approach to surveying, testing,
monitoring and management.

Established over 10 years ago, Riverside now
employs over twenty staff who are enjoying their
new countryside location. The gated offices have
been custom built from an old farmyard barn
(pictured) which enjoys enclosed internal offices,
state of the art laboratory facilities, and enviable
views for their large open plan main office area.
Riverside’s principal business is asbestos
surveying and asbestos management and
removal.

With over 40 years of experience the
management team at Riverside are active in
all aspects of asbestos management for a wide
range of industries, providing independent and
professional solutions to all issues that can arise
from the presence of asbestos in buildings.

services which underpin their wealth of
experience in dealing with the whole lifecycle of
asbestos management. They are holders of an
HSE supervisory asbestos licence which enables
seamless project management services for the
asbestos removal process.
