63 surveys successfully completed over a 2 month period for Hospital and healthcare facilities in East Anglia.

Our Role

Our contract was to complete 52 re-inspection surveys and 11 new surveys to hospitals and healthcare facilities across East Anglia over a period of 2 months.

Our service was designed to meet the challenging deadline of 2 months for all site surveys and data uploading into the NHS Trusts database (MICAD) and be sensitive to the limitations of NHS budgets.

We work with a number of NHS Trusts and Healthcare Facilities (including Dental Practises) to provide a solution that properly addresses the elevated level of risk within budget constraints.

Our Solution

We appointed a dedicated project manager to oversee the project, arrange work and liaise with the client. This single point ensured the client received the highest level of service within the timescale set.

All our staff working with in healthcare premises are trained to conduct themselves in a helpful and professional way. ID cards are displayed at all times and permits are gained to work in active wards. All our team are routinely CRB checked.

We worked with the NHS Trust to arrange appointments, communicate with NHS staff, develop working methods, dress codes, minimise disruption, managing concerns and all other aspects of our work.

Once surveys were completed our trained staff uploaded all the information into the NHS Trusts MICAD database system.

Following the success of our service on this project and the good word of the management at the NHS Trust, we have been invited to tender for a number of other Trust properties and continue to increase our involvement in the healthcare sector.
